Q1: How Do You Stay Strong?

I think it’s just part of my personality—I’ve always struggled with showing weakness, even to myself. But I truly believe everything comes down to mindset. Early in life, I understood (or at least believed) that we’re here to face and grow through challenges. Each challenge is an opportunity to learn, and how we choose to respond is an essential part of that lesson.

 To me, there are only two choices: you can either be the victim or the victor. For me, being the victim has never been an option. I share more on my mindest, well, really all of the tricks in my Guidance Cards below.

Q2: Heal All Oil or Youth Beauty Face Oil as a first time buy??

It depends on what your biggest concerns are. Read the Target Concerns for each and go with the one that suits your needs best. I use both and often layer them up to nourish and protect my skin.

Q3: How are you in such good shape at your age? Born that way? Abs?

Thank you! I grew up as a dancer, specifically a ballerina, and I believe that laid an incredible foundation for me—both in terms of muscle memory and body composition. Over time, I transitioned into yoga and have always made staying active a priority.

When it comes to my diet, I’ve always taken an intuitive yet clean approach, especially since being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at 29. Managing my condition has taught me the importance of nourishing my body with the right foods.

Yes, genetics certainly play a role, but I firmly believe that how you move, fuel and take care of your body makes all the difference. When you’re consistent with working out, body rituals, and eating well, it shows.

Q4: Advice for when you feel down during your journey to conceive?

After over four years of trying to conceive, I understand all too well the emotional toll it can take. Feeling down is a natural part of the journey, but what helped me was shifting my focus to the positives in my life and embracing what was within my control. I learned to take things one day at a time, trust in the divine timing of my life, and remind myself that my current emotions shape my future. While I allowed myself moments to process and feel the sadness, I made it a point not to stay there for long.

Instead, I redirected my energy toward practices that nurtured my mind and spirit, such as visualization, prayer, and meditation. These helped me find strength, clarity, and hope in even the most challenging moments.
