COCOA SEED BUTTER
Nicknamed the “Food of the Gods,” Cocoa Butter is a rich saturated fat that allows the skin to retain moisture for hours after application. Known to diminish the appearance of aging and enhance skin tone, elasticity, collagen production, and immunity. It facilitates the reparation of damaged skin, reducing and preventing the appearance of scars and unwanted marks while encouraging the growth of newer, healthier skin that looks and feels younger, softer, and smoother. One of the main constituents of Cocoa Butter is Arachidic Acid known to soothe pain and discomfort and ease symptoms of depression. Cocoa Butter also has photo-protective properties that serve to protect the skin from harmful UV radiation.
