Complete one side fully before moving to the other. Finish by gently bringing all strokes down the neck. For the body: On dry skin before bathing, begin closest to the lymphatic drainage areas, such as the groin and underarms. From there, use long, gentle strokes working down the limbs and always brush toward the heart. Once complete, rinse in the shower or bath. Follow with your favorite body oil, such as Womb Wisdom or Goddess Shaping Body Oil.
