Thank you to everyone who sent in their questions on Instagram — I love hearing from all of you and I wish I could answer every question. Answering five of the most asked below :)
FYI I will be doing this at the end of every month so make sure you’re following my personal account on Instagram @jessegolden and subscribe to my email list HERE so you don't miss your question potentially being answered!
Q1: Do you use any kind of eye cream/serum or utilize your oils for that?
I haven’t used a dedicated eye cream in over 20 years, and when I did, it was always short-lived. While there are ingredients that can specifically benefit the eye area, I’ve found that formulation matters more than the label. My products are intentionally made to be both delicate and effective, and are safe to use around the eyes.
Some of my favorite ways to support the eye area are with:
- Aura Beauty Mist to hydrate and awaken
- Youth Beauty Face Oil to nourish and soften fine lines
- Instant Glow Facial Mask for a weekly brightening and lifting boost
- Gua Sha to de-puff, open, and stimulate circulation

Q2: Thoughts on Circadian Rhythm and do you follow it?
Yes, absolutely. I think circadian rhythm is something we often overlook, but it makes so much sense, especially when you consider how we evolved: rising and resting with the sun, not under artificial lights around the clock. Disrupting that natural rhythm with screens, blue light, and erratic sleep can impact everything from hormones and energy to skin health and even how we safely receive sunlight.
I try to get natural light in my eyes first thing in the morning, and in the evening, I do my best to avoid screens after sunset. If I do use my phone, I wear blue-blocking glasses to help mitigate the disruption.
In this modern world, it’s nearly impossible to follow nature’s rhythm perfectly, unless you’re living off-grid with no tech, but I believe doing what we can, consistently and intentionally, still makes a meaningful difference.

Q3: What is your go-to workout or a typical workout for you? Do you do yoga every day?
Other than chasing a toddler around all day and carrying him for the other half (which honestly feels like a full-body workout in itself), I try to walk daily, lift heavy weights about 3 times a week, and fit in Pilates and yoga when I can.
I used to practice yoga every day for years and I’m hoping to get back to that but my schedule just doesn’t allow for it at the moment.

Q4: How long do you generally spend in the sun in a day?
Most mornings, I go outside with Beø first thing to help set our circadian rhythms. Natural light is essential for our health and mood, especially for babies. Vitamin D is so important for him, but since he has his dad’s fair skin, I’m mindful about how much sun we both get.
I aim for about 20–30 minutes of direct sunlight daily, usually in the morning or late afternoon when it’s gentler. I stay out until my skin feels slightly warm or flushed, my cue to cover up or head into the shade.
I think it’s so important to build a healthy relationship with the sun instead of fearing it. And I always use Heal All Oil to nourish and protect my skin, sometimes before when I know I’ll be outside for an extended period, and always after.

Q5: Does dry brushing the thighs actually rejuvenate the skin and help with tightening?
Absolutely! It’s one of my favorite rituals. Dry brushing stimulates circulation and lymphatic drainage, which helps flush out stagnant fluids and toxins that can contribute to puffiness or the appearance of cellulite.
While it’s not a “quick fix,” over time it supports skin rejuvenation, promotes cell turnover, and can make the skin look smoother and more toned. I like to pair dry brushing with our Goddess Shaping Body Oil. The movement plus the botanicals in the oil work beautifully together to nourish, firm, and keep the skin glowing.
