Q1: Postpartum hair loss? My silica levels are low. Didn’t happen the first postpartum but now it did.
Motherhood can quietly deplete your mineral stores, especially while breastfeeding, which is why nourishment before, during, and after pregnancy matters so much. I love this supplement as added support, but nothing replaces a truly nutrient-dense diet.
And I’m so excited to share… this year I’m launching something special for postpartum hair loss and beyond. I used it throughout my pregnancy and after, and the results were incredible. I didn’t experience shedding, if anything, my hair just kept getting thicker… truly wild.

Q2: I’m a 54 year old, what product do you suggest I start with for my face?
Start with our Sacred Triad. It is the foundation of my brand and in just three steps, it will completely transform your skin. It’s also the best bang for your buck.
Q3: How to feel comfortable in my postpartum body/accept the changes
Oh man, I can go on and on about this but two things come to mind. One, pregnancy and postpartum are such master lessons in life and life cycles and how everything comes in waves and nothing is forever. This is just a phase of your life and most likely looking back, will be one of the most beautiful phases of your life, so try and enjoy the now and everything you are grateful for instead of focusing on the physical.
I have had the toughest lesson in this because my hands are now deformed forever from rheumatoid arthritis, and I have had to continue to practice radical self-love every day, but more than that it has taught me to be so grateful for every other part of my body that is working optimally.
And if you think in the bigger picture, our body shape is so minimal, especially in comparison to its health so if you are healthy and thriving, focus on that. I see mom’s on here every day that get horrible diagnosis and it just brings me straight back into my body and my gratitude. I hope that helps.

Q4: I ’m getting red spots on my face and chest since getting pregnant.. Any ideas?
It’s not uncommon especially with the surge in hormones and blood flow. Most of the time it’s harmless and fades after pregnancy. Of course, if there’s any pain or if it spreads, then I recommend talking with your doctor or practitioner, but in the meantime, I would support your skin with gentle healing botanicals. I highly recommend our Hydrate & Heal Duo which I linked below and can help with any redness, acne, broken capillaries, etc.

Q5: Best oil you have for being in the sun and tanning?
Studies have shown Heal All Oil to exhibit a natural solar protection factor, with research suggesting meaningful support against UV-induced damage. Even at low concentrations, it has demonstrated the ability to help protect the skin from oxidative stress caused by sun exposure.
Nature gave us powerful tools to support and defend the skin. Heal all oil is one of them, helping the skin better withstand environmental and sun-induced stress.
I always put it on before, during and after as well as in my hair to protect it from the sun, salt water and other elements.
