Thank you to everyone who sent in their questions on Instagram — I love hearing from all of you and I wish I could answer every question. Answering five of the most asked below :)

FYI I will be doing this at the end of every month so make sure you’re following my personal account on Instagram @jessegolden and subscribe to my email list HERE so you don't miss your question potentially being answered!

Q1: Could you list your products that are pregnancy friendly?

Of course, I attached our Pregnancy-Friendly list below.

All of our products are Think Dirty Verified and made with organic, non-toxic ingredients, and many expecting mothers choose them throughout pregnancy, as it’s often the first time woman start looking at what they are putting on their skin- something I wish all woman did regardless of pregnancy. Every woman deserves effective skincare without compromise.

I can also share from personal experience that I used nearly all of our products during both of my pregnancies. The only product I did not use was Goddess Shaping Body Oil, which we clearly note is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding due to its detoxifying nature. I also personally chose not to use Aphrodisiac Glow Oil and Signature Blend Essential Oil Perfume during pregnancy because they contain jasmine essential oil.

That said, every pregnancy is unique. While our formulas do not contain ingredients commonly contraindicated during pregnancy or breastfeeding, some products do contain essential oils. We always recommend reviewing the full ingredient list with your healthcare provider to ensure each product feels right for you. Full ingredient transparency is available on every product page, and I will also link a blog post that goes deeper into this topic.

Out of an abundance of caution, we do not include the following products in our pregnancy-friendly recommendations:

• Goddess Shaping Body Oil due to its detoxifying nature

• Aphrodisiac Glow Oil and Signature Blend Essential Oil Perfume due to jasmine essential oil, which is traditionally avoided until later in pregnancy, after 37 weeks, or postpartum

• Instant Glow Facial Mask while generally considered pregnancy-friendly, it contains DMAE. DMAE is not known to be unsafe, but because there is limited pregnancy-specific data, some women prefer to avoid it based on personal sensitivity

We also want to be transparent that many products on the market are labeled as pregnancy safe when they are not, which is something we take very seriously. Our goal is to provide clean, clearly labeled formulas so you can make informed decisions with confidence.

For any specific questions about a product or ingredient, our FAQ page and pregnancy blog posts are great resources, but your healthcare provider will always be the best source for personalized guidance.

Q2: How to realign your life when money is an issue?

This might sound wild to some, but one of the biggest shifts I ever made around money had nothing to do with working harder. It was breaking the old pattern that the only way to earn more was to grind more.

What actually changed everything was realizing that abundance is an energy, one you have to feel deserving of before you ever see it in your bank account.

For the longest time, I had this invisible ceiling over what I thought I was “allowed” to receive. A mentor stopped me mid-spiral once and literally raised her arms over her head and said,

“You need to raise the roof.” And something about that simple visual cracked me open.

Raise the roof.

Raise what’s possible.

Raise the limit you secretly set on yourself.

The money is already there. You don’t have to hustle harder — you just have to match its frequency.

Q3: What’s the one thing I should focus on as my skin changes with age?

Supporting your skin, not fighting it.

Aging skin doesn’t need harsher treatments or more products. It needs consistency, nourishment, and respect for its natural processes. As we age, our skin barrier, circulation, and cellular turnover naturally slow down. When you focus on strengthening the barrier, improving lymphatic flow, and using high-quality, clean formulas regularly, the skin responds.

I’ve found that fewer products used consistently, paired with intentional rituals like facial massage and mask treatments, do far more for long-term skin health than chasing quick fixes. Healthy, radiant skin at any age comes from working with your skin’s intelligence, not against it.

Q4: I want to know more about Heal All Oil. How did you find that nut etc.

I originally discovered this oil through a Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor I was seeing for rheumatoid arthritis. I began using it on my hands for arthritic pain and on other sore areas, and the relief was undeniable.

Before long, it became the one oil I reached for constantly. I used it on everything. My son’s diaper rash. Acne. Hair thinning. Sun exposure. Bug bites. Scars. Areas where I wanted more strength, repair, and collagen support. It earned the name Heal All Oil simply because it truly did it all.

This oil is rich in rare and unique fatty acids, including calophyllic acid and calophyllolides, compounds known for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Over time, it became clear to me that this wasn’t just a helpful product, it was something every household should have.

That’s how The Golden Secrets Heal All Oil was born. To this day, it’s my desert-island product. The one I never travel without. The one I trust when skin needs real support, not quick fixes. If I could only bring one product with me anywhere in the world, this would be it.

Q5: What was one of the biggest healing tools you can share

Learn how to manage stress… or remove it entirely if you’re lucky enough to pull that off.

This is why, when I decided to finally package the skincare creations I had been making for myself, it felt essential to share more than just the formulas. I wanted to share the intention and ritual behind them.

These products were never meant to be passive. They are tools, small daily invitations to check in with yourself. A moment to pause, breathe, and soften your nervous system. Especially my Signature Blend Essential Oil Perfume, which was created to stay with you throughout the day and be reapplied whenever you need a reset. A grounding ritual you can return to again and again.

Because learning how to manage stress is foundational to everything. You can have all the tools, all the protocols, and all the “perfect” diets in the world, but none of it stands a chance if your body is living in a constant state of stress. When the nervous system is chronically activated, even the best habits get overridden.

This is the work that often gets overlooked. Sometimes managing stress doesn’t mean adding more practices. It means making real changes.

  • Letting certain people go
  • Changing careers
  • Choosing differently, even when it’s uncomfortable
  • Getting outside — birdsong, negative ions, sand, grounding, all of it softens the nervous system
  • Having a yoga practice
  • Walking daily
  • Moving your body in ways that bring you back home, whatever helps you release stress

Most of us can’t avoid stress entirely, but we can choose how we respond to it. So, it’s not a gadget or anything; it’s definitely not something I’ve mastered, but as I’ve gotten older, I've realized it makes a huge difference in my overall health.
