How it works:

1. Try any full-size product. Use it daily for 30 days as part of your ritual.

2. If you don't see and feel a difference — softer, calmer, glowier skin — email us at shop@thegoldensecrets.com within 30 days of your order's delivery date. Let us know why it didn't work for you. Your feedback helps us continue formulating products that truly deliver.

3. We'll send you a pre-paid return label. To qualify for a refund, the product must not be completely empty. All returns must be received at our facility within 30 days of the return label being emailed; otherwise, we will not be able to authorize the full refund.

4. Receive Your Refund. Once your return has been delivered to our facility, please allow up to two weeks for our team to process your returned item(s). You will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been fully processed and refunded.

5. Prefer to exchange instead of refund? Let Brittany know in your email. Exchanges are available for any full-size product — pay only the price difference if you're upgrading, or apply the difference as credit toward your next order if you're choosing a less expensive option.

• One Glow Guarantee refund per order, with a lifetime maximum of three Guarantee claims per customer. If your first product wasn't quite right, you're welcome to try a different product under the Guarantee on a future order. If you have sensitivity-prone skin, we recommend starting with our Discovery Mini Kit or deluxe minis to find your perfect ritual before committing to a full-size.
• Refund must be requested within 30 days of your order's delivery date.
• Product must be returned using the pre-paid return label we provide. Returns must be received within 30 days of the label being emailed.
• Refund covers the product price (original shipping not included).
• Refunds are processed within two weeks of receiving your return.

We reserve the right to limit or deny any return, exchange, or claim request. All requests are subject to review, including by a third-party provider.
