Q & A With Inspiring People.

1016840_536583343066448_1761289449_n I mean....this girl is one hot tamale!!!!  I was lucky enough to be stuck in a trailer with her all day when we shot a super bowl commercial together last season.  We were scantily clad as usual, freezing our buts off in our bikinis. One thing was for sure, nobody could take their eyes off Sarah's body! Sarah has been a successful model here in Los Angeles.  Also appearing in several commercials and television appearances. Recently she was on the new Kris Jenner Show and was a part of Sacha Baron Cohen's Dictator, hot girl crew at last years Oscars Awards.  She is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Never taking herself or the business too seriously. Her funny sense of humor often has her posing sexy with her beloved cheese burgers!  Cheeseburgers in hand or not, her stunning pictures are enough inspiration to have you running to the gym. So I asked Sarah 8 questions to get some insight on how she maintains such a gorgeous physique. 1. What is your work out regimen? For the past year I have been weight training and also doing Pilates Plus classes about 3x a week. 1002469_545617582163024_1581297452_n 2. Tell us what you eat on a regular day? No matter what I eat oatmeal for breakfast every day. Lots of avocados, bananas, salads, nuts, hard boiled eggs, and chicken. 562791_10150616903696846_333786864_n-226x300
3. What inspires you to stay healthy and fit?
My biggest motivation is the feeling after a great workout... I have more energy and am overall a lot happier because of the endorphins.
4. What do you think the biggest mistake people make in trying to get into shape?
Everyone is different but crash dieting seems to be a big mistake.
5. If you had to choose one thing that you believe keeps you in best shape what would it be?
Meal portions
6. What is your guilty pleasure?
I have many! In N Out Burgers and sweets like cheesecake, cookies, and anything chocolate!
7. What is something that you want to try but haven't yet?
I’d love to start doing yoga and become more flexible J.
8. What is the best advice you ever got ?
What you eat in private, shows in public!
