Each product we offer is made in micro-batches, hand-poured, boxed, and packaged with love and intention for ultimate experience and efficacy. Packages typically ship within 1-4 business days of your order confirmation. We are closed on weekends and holidays. You will receive your tracking information in your shipping confirmation email, which will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Some of our oils are highly saturated and can naturally thicken or solidify in cooler temperatures, similar to coconut oil. This is completely normal. Temperature shifts may cause separation or firmness, but this doesn’t affect the quality or effectiveness.

To bring your oil back to a liquid state, you can simply let the bottle sit at room temperature or place it in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water. Be sure to soak only up to the shoulder of the bottle or the oil line — do not submerge the cap.

Copper is naturally antibacterial, so it will remain cleaner than ordinary dry brushes, but we still recommend that to get the most benefits and extend the life of your brush, you take good care of it.

1. You can simply take a dry towel to the bristles or tap the brush with the bristles facing down to remove any excess skin particles.

2. Fill a bowl with boiling water and dip the bristles into the bowl. Be mindful as you do not want to get the wood saturated as the water can weaken the wood. You can add liquid soap or a disinfectant essential oil like tea tree oil to the water if you like. Rinse with fresh water before laying to dry.

3. Lastly, lay the brush bristles down onto a towel until it completely dries. You can also lay it in the sun to speed up this process.

*We recommend replacing your brush after one year.

Try adding less liquid and slowly mix in a drop of hot water at a time until you reach your desired consistency. Start with a small amount and adjust as needed for a mousse-like consistency.

Our products are designed to last up to one year after opening, though you’ll likely use every last drop long before then. To ensure maximum freshness, keep your products tightly closed when not in use, away from direct sunlight, and stored in a cool, dry place. Unopened products are good for up to two years.
