Thank you to everyone who sent in their questions on Instagram — I love hearing from all of you and I wish I could answer every question. Answering five of the most asked below :)
FYI I will be doing this at the end of every month so make sure you’re following my personal account on Instagram @jessegolden and subscribe to my email list HERE so you don't miss your question potentially being answered!
Q1: Will you try for another baby?
I would love nothing more, but at 46, I know I'm done. When I was younger, I used to say I wanted ten kids and ten dogs, but life had a different plan. Something that has always stuck with me is my teacher, Gurmukh, sharing how she longed for more children after having her daughter, but it simply wasn’t in her cards. Instead, she became a mother figure to thousands of women. In many ways, I feel the same. I’ve birthed ideas, projects, and creations that may never have existed, like TGS, had I been raising more children. And for that, I’m deeply grateful. I have my two beautiful boys and all the dogs that have filled my life with love over the years.

Q2: Can you share a bit about your pre-pregnancy diet
I pretty much followed Westin A. Price’s protocol for pre-conception & pregnancy and I also follow many of their guidelines for feeding Beø. So much of it is intuitive and just makes sense. It’s so important to nourish your body properly before even trying. I think at 46 this is why my postpartum was so easy.

Q3: What supplements do you give Beø? Vitamin D?
Currently, he's only taking Smidge probiotics. I had him on Vitamin D/K2 during the winter, but not anymore. I also tried Green Pasture cod liver oil, which I take, but the last two times, he had a bad reaction to it, so we stopped that. I've linked all of my other recommendations below.

Q4: I'm 41 and have Hashimoto's. I can't get pregnant or hold it. Where to start to heal for pregnancy?
Thyroid health is vital in being able to get pregnant and maintain a pregnancy. Your levels need to be optimal. I recommend:
- Seeing an endocrinologist who specializes in pregnancy
- Joining the Facebook group, Thyroid Disease and Pregnancy
- And the book "Is Your Body Baby Friendly" is fantastic:

Q5: Can you share your experience with postpartum hair loss?
Surprisingly, I didn't experience postpartum hair loss this time around. Instead, my hair, lashes, and brows have thrived, becoming fuller and healthier. My routine involved minimal washing, using only natural hair products, and regular Heal All Oil Hair Masks. I also maintained a nutrient-dense diet and kept my mineral levels optimal. Additionally, I used our Lash & Brow Duo, which includes the Long Lash Growth Serum and Full Brow Styling Serum, to enhance the health and appearance of my lashes and brows. I believe these practices played a crucial role in my healthy hair postpartum.
