Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to your order before we dispatch. This includes changing products, cancelling the order, adding a discount code or changing the shipping method.

Each product we offer is made in micro batches, hand poured, boxed, and packaged with love and intention for ultimate experience and efficacy. Packages typically ship within 1-4 business days of your order confirmation. We are closed on weekends and holidays. You will receive your tracking information in your shipping confirmation email, which will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Our goal has always been to help as many people from all over the world by sharing our products. Unfortunately international shipping has become very challenging and cost prohibitive for both our customers and us so we will be temporarily holding off on shipments made outside of the United States.
We are hoping some time in the near future that we will be able to offer international shipping again. In the meantime, we ask that if you have a local shop in your country that you think would be interested in wholesaling our line please have them email firstname.lastname@example.org
*Some of our international customers use their friends and/or families address in the U.S. to place their order then have them ship it to them overseas. This seems to be more cost efficient and reliable.
