Q1: Really struggling with cellulite. I am low body fat but still have some on my thighs. Any tips?
Yes! This is exactly why I created The Golden Secrets Body Sculpting Kit.
EWG Verified Goddess Shaping Body Oil helps diminish the appearance of stretch marks and cellulite.
Ionic Copper Dry Brush—nature's collagen cofactor.
Sculpting Stone - made from the same material body scraping originated from in ancient times, far exceeds any other body tool on the market.
Beyond that, building muscle is one of the best things you can do. I would also focus on supporting lymphatic health, which the Body Sculpting Kit also addresses, as well as hormonal balance, especially estrogen dominance.
That said, cellulite is completely normal, but smoother-looking skin is definitely possible.

Q2: Do you feel pearl powder is beneficial?
If I share it, then I obviously think it's beneficial. I don't share anything that I don't actually use and love. Pearl powder is amazing both internally and externally.
It's one of the star ingredients in our Magic Brightening Powder, and I believe it's one of the reasons I have zero dark spots.
Q3: Do you have any tips for helping a sunburn heal? Your advice would be much appreciated.
Heal All Oil has been used for centuries throughout Polynesia to care for sun-exposed skin and modern research is beginning to explain why.
It contains naturally occurring antioxidants and unique compounds like calophyllolide that have been shown to help calm UV-induced inflammation, while supporting the skin's natural renewal process and skin barrier. It's one of the reasons I never travel without it.

Q4: Which supplements changed your overall health and wellness, skin, etc.?
For me, it was healing my gut with the right probiotics. Around 70% of the body's immune cells are found in the gut, which is one of the reasons gut health plays such an important role in overall immune function and can influence everything from skin health and digestion to energy and mood.
There's a lot of nuance, though. I always recommend addressing the root cause and getting comprehensive blood work to understand what your body specifically needs. That's what will give you the best results.
Below, I've linked my dispensary, my favorite and one of the safest places to buy high-quality supplements, along with Function Health, which I use for comprehensive lab testing.

Q5: Any tips for melasma?
Melasma is one of the most challenging pigmentation concerns because it's influenced by multiple factors like hormones, heat, UV exposure, genetics, and diet—not just the sun.
As someone who's spent my fair share of time in the sun and gone through significant hormonal fluctuations, I really don't have any dark spots anymore, and I used to.
I think that's because I focus on ingredients that work with my skin, not against it, and don't leave it more vulnerable to environmental stress.
So many of the common approaches rely on aggressive treatments that can temporarily improve the appearance of pigmentation but also leave the skin barrier compromised, creating a vicious cycle where your skin becomes more reactive over time.
Using products that strengthen and support the barrier, and get to the root cause makes all the difference.
My favorite routine is our Clear + Confident Skin Kit because it combines gentle exfoliation to help lift the appearance of pigment with barrier-supportive nourishment to calm inflammation.
I also believe it's important to look beyond skincare. For me, that means supporting my body with a nutrient-dense diet, being mindful of the oils I consume, as I believe some industrial seed oils and fried foods can accelerate aging and contribute to lipofuscin (often referred to as the "aging pigment"), prioritizing overall liver health, and making sure I'm addressing potential internal contributors, not just what I'm putting on my skin.
