Thank you to everyone who sent in their questions on Instagram — I love hearing from all of you and I wish I could answer every question. Answering five of the most asked below :)

FYI I will be doing this at the end of every month so make sure you’re following my personal account on Instagram @jessegolden and subscribe to my email list HERE so you don't miss your question potentially being answered!

Q1: How do you navigate your dogs and baby? Safety for all, meeting dogs' needs with a new baby, etc.

Baby comes first. When my first son, Kaleo, was a baby, I had two female pit bulls. They never fought, showed no signs of aggression, and were truly nanny dogs to him. They even played a role in potty training—Kaleo would mimic them when they went outside!

Unfortunately, the two rescues I have now are both male, and their dynamic are completely different. They fight often and seem oblivious in many ways, which makes it unlikely that Beowulf and the dogs will ever be able to play together freely. It’s an unfortunate reality, but it comes down to their personalities.

Every dog is different, and while some may be gentle and nurturing, introductions between dogs and babies should always be slow, steady, and closely monitored. No matter how well-behaved a dog is, supervision is key to ensuring a safe and positive bond between them.

Q2: What can I do for stretch marks? Feeling defeated and mad at myself.

Self-love is the foundation of transformation. That’s why, years ago, I created specific affirmations for each product—because true healing starts from within. The product itself becomes a tool for inner work, guiding you toward self-acceptance while enhancing your skin on the outside.

When it comes to reducing the appearance of cellulite, the key lies in boosting circulation and strengthening connective tissue. I formulated Goddess Shaping Body Oil over 20 years ago, after gaining 65 lbs during my first pregnancy, which left my stomach wrinkled and covered in stretch marks. Through this journey, I discovered powerful rituals that helped rejuvenate my skin and restore its natural elasticity.

For the most effective results, I recommend my Body Sculpting Kit, a complete ritual designed to detox, strengthen, improve blood flow, reduce fluid retention, and minimize fat deposits—all while stimulating collagen and elastin production to support firmer, healthier skin.

Q3: What can you teach me to help with arthritis pain in hips and legs?

I dive deeper into this in my book, but movement is especially crucial for those with arthritis. The stiffness you feel is often due to lack of movement, and the only way to naturally lubricate your joints is to move them. Synovial joints produce synovial fluid—the body’s natural lubricant—through movement, helping to ease stiffness and improve mobility.

However, the type of movement matters. Many cases of osteoarthritis stem from overuse and wear and tear, so low-impact exercises are ideal. Yoga, stretching, walking, and Pilates can all help maintain mobility while protecting your joints.

For added support, I’ve linked the collagen I use to nourish joints from within, along with my Heal All Oil, which I apply topically to help reduce inflammation and pain.

Q4: What are your top tips for a successful spring detox that revitalizes both body and mind?

As we welcome spring, it's a wonderful time to detox your skincare routine. Swap out synthetic products for non-toxic, multi-purpose alternatives to truly embrace the season's renewing energy. Replace your synthetic retinol with our Youth Beauty Face Oil, traditional perfumes with our Signature Blend Essential Oil Perfume, and conventional acne creams with our EWG Verified Heal All Oil. These changes not only simplify your rituals but also align your skincare with the natural rejuvenation spring brings.

Q5: Do you recommend treatment for melasma on my arms?

I share everything in this blog post linked.
