I'm a mother of two, a holistic health practitioner, a yoga teacher, and the formulator behind every product in this line — refined alongside our cosmetic chemist to ensure every blend is safe, stable, and as effective as it is intentional.

Long before wellness became a trend, I was drawn to the intelligence of nature, ancient healing practices, and alternative ways of living. I began formulating my own products from a young age — fascinated by plants, oils, and the way ritual could ground me. I graduated as a holistic health practitioner in 2009, and I've spent the years since living, teaching, and refining what real vitality looks like.

Living with rheumatoid arthritis deepened that work. It pushed me toward more intentional approaches to healing — aromatherapy, herbalism, alchemy. I formulated for nearly three decades before The Golden Secrets ever existed as a brand.

A friend who'd long admired my signature blend said: "Why not bottle it?" So I did. I made 100. They sold out. Over the years, I've personally formulated, handcrafted, poured, and shipped over 25,000 bottles. In 2021, we transitioned to a 100% solar-powered facility — but the soul of this brand is still the same.

I still read your messages. I still respond when I can. I still add handwritten notes to orders, because connection matters.
