Your unique body chemistry—shaped by diet, hormones, climate, and lifestyle—plays a key role in how each product interacts with your skin and senses. It’s perfectly normal for a formula to smell or feel slightly different from one person, or one season, to the next.

As noted on our site, at checkout, and in your order confirmation, our small-batch production process means we’re unable to accept returns.

To preserve freshness, store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Oils and mists can be refrigerated to extend shelf life. If products like Heal All Oil, Womb Wisdom, or Illuminating Cleansing Oil solidify in cooler temperatures, simply allow them to return to room temperature before use.

For best results, we recommend using The Golden Secrets exclusively for a few weeks to allow your skin to transition naturally and fully experience the benefits of our holistic rituals.
