Day 3: Mineral Salt or Epsom Salt and Baking Soda Hip Bath.
Run a hot bath and add a handful of epsom salt or my favorite, Amazing Minerals Dead Sea Bath Salts . Also add half a handful of baking soda. Fill the tub up to your waist and cover your upper body with a towel to keep the heat in. You will begin to sweat and perspire. If you want you can lay deeper into the water, keeping the towel covering exposed parts, to keep the heat in. Stay for at least 20 min but be careful upon getting out, as you may feel a little light-headed. It is best to dry off, put a warm robe on and go straight to bed. A cup of water is fine if you feel dehydrated. Epsom salt and mineral dead sea salts are known for their soothing effects on the muscles and joints. Baking soda is known for it's cleansing abilities and will also leave your skin very soft. The heat will help your body remove toxins while absorbing the minerals in the water. Feel invigorated, refreshed, and rejuvenated. * The cure for anything is salt water- sweat, tears, or the sea. - Isak Dinesen
