Day 4: Apple Cider Vinegar, Tumeric, Tangerine or Lemon Juice with Chai Seeds optional
Upon waking up in the morning make one cup of this ultimate cleanser. Boil some water into a kettle or on the stove top. Meanwhile grate some turmeric (about the size of your thumb),wrap into cheesecloth and squeeze juice into a clean cup. Put up to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar into cup with turmeric. Add juice from a lemon or tangerine and a tablespoon of chai seeds. Then add boiling water to make a cup. If adding chai seeds, wait 5 minutes before drinking so that seeds have some time to plump up. Feel free to have another cup two hours prior to bed.
