At The Golden Secrets, every product is meticulously formulated and crafted in small batches to ensure freshness, integrity, and effectiveness. Due to the artisanal and personal nature of skincare, all sales are final — with the exceptions noted below.

The 30-Day Glow Guarantee

Every full-size skincare and bodycare product is backed by our 30-Day Glow Guarantee. If you don't see and feel a difference after 30 days of consistent use, email us at shop@thegoldensecrets.com for a full refund of the product price. To qualify, the product must not be empty.

Prefer to exchange instead? You can also choose to exchange for any other full-size product. If the new product costs more, you pay only the difference. If it costs less, the difference is credited toward your next order.

Details:

• Applies to full-size skincare and bodycare products only. The Discovery Mini Kit and deluxe minis are already designed as a no-risk way to try us. Ritual tools, accessories, and merch are not eligible. 
• One Glow Guarantee refund per order, with a lifetime maximum of three Guarantee claims per customer. If your first product wasn't quite right, you're welcome to try a different product under the Guarantee — but each individual product is covered one time only. If you have sensitivity-prone skin, we recommend starting with our Discovery Mini Kit or deluxe minis to find your perfect ritual before committing to a full-size.
• Refund must be requested within 30 days of your order's delivery date.
• Product must be returned using the pre-paid return label we provide. Returns must be received within 30 days of the label being emailed.
• Refund covers the product price (original shipping not included).
• Refunds are processed within two weeks of receiving your return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us promptly. Retain all original packaging and email us at shop@thegoldensecrets.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and attach relevant photos or videos so we can address it quickly.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged in Transit

At checkout, we offer Corso Green Shipping Protection, which offsets the carbon emissions of your order AND fully protects it if it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend adding it to your order.

EU Customers — Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at shop@thegoldensecrets.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number.

Please note that for hygiene and health protection reasons, this right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed skincare and bodycare products that have been opened after delivery. We recommend reviewing our full ingredient lists on each product page and trying our Discovery Mini Kit before committing to full size.

Refunds under the right of withdrawal will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your return request, covering the product price. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
