5 Ways to start living the life that is waiting for you!

[caption id="attachment_305" align="aligncenter" width="560"]IMG_6139 My nick name was Stretch and dancing made me happy as a child.[/caption] In order for there to be change, YOU must change!  If you keep doing what you have always done, then you will get the same results. What better time to start living the life you were meant to live.  All this fear that the world is going to end may just be the motivation you need to start living.  Near death experiences or major health issues always seem to transform us and tap us into our true spirit. Once we realize we are all still here to make our New Years resolutions, make a resolution to liberate yourself, not someday or when you retire. Live each day to the fullest starting now! 1.  Talk to people you don't normally talk too. Some believe that if you make eye contact with someone, then they have a message for you. Imagine all the messages we could be missing out on? 2.  Remember what made you different as a child and embrace that now. What was your nick name? What made you happy? What did you want to be? 3.  Do something that scares you. A risk a day, keeps your fears away. Fear can be crippling especially as we age. It has the ability to literally make us tight and stagnant. If we keep facing them on a regular basis then we naturally become more courageous and open minded. 4.  It is never to late to start something new. One of my favorite examples of this is when an 80 year old man who had just been diagnosed with terminal cancer came to my Mom's dance studio and told her that he wanted to learn to tap dance and perform on stage before he died. He took private lessons from her for months then before he died he bought a tuxedo and performed a tap solo in front of 1000 people. He died soon after that but he told my Mom that it was one of the best things he ever did. He had his "moment" and was fufilled before he passed. 5.  Refuse to be a victim. Be the hero of your own life. You have the power to write the story you want. What you think, you create. Here I share a trailer from one of the most enlightening and uplifting films I have seen in a very long time. It may even change your life! [youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OAE8fPbXr58]
