Spring Cleaning! For Your Skincare Regimen
You have probably heard by now that having organic, toxic-free skincare is just as important as having organic, toxic-free food.
Thank goodness more of these options are becoming more readily available and that is due to consumers like YOU demanding it and supporting it.
So first of all I want to say thank you for being a part of the change!
However, the idea of throwing out all your non- organic skincare and starting all over can be overwhelming. Trust me, I know.

Here are some ways that you can begin to create your CLEAN BEAUTY regimen.
1. Replace the toxic skincare item that you use the most. Maybe it is a body lotion, a deodorant or a face lotion.
Another thing to think about is where you are using the product. For instance, if you are using it on your entire body daily then it's more likely that it is negatively affecting you. Our skin is our largest organ and what we put onto it gets absorbed into our bloodstream within seconds.
So if the product you are using on your entire body isn't organic, start there.
2. Once you run out of an older, chemically filled product, replace it with an organic healthier option that you can feel good about.
By gradually doing this when you run out of your older products, you won't feel overwhelmed and within months, you will have an entirely new, clean beauty cabinet.
3. What is your biggest concern? If its acne or wrinkles or eczema then be sure that you are using natural, organic ingredients on those issues.
Remember, chemicals keep products on the shelf longer, not your skin.
Often times, toxic products can actually make things worse and once you switch to organic products, your skin clears up and becomes more youthful and radiant.
4. Choose products that can multi-task to save time and money.
All of our products are multipurpose and can be used on your face, body, hair as well as having the potential to positively affect your mood.
Still not sure where to start? Here are some of our favorite options.
